Before you write
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before your order goes to the laser cutter.
Do you accept returns?
If your stencil arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace or refund it. For change-of-mind returns, contact us within 14 days of receipt. Custom-cut stencils are non-refundable.
What’s the minimum for wholesale?
Wholesale starts at 20 pieces. Mixed designs are welcome. Use the enquiry form above or email us directly for a price list.
