How long does production take before shipping?
Most orders are cut and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Custom stencil orders may take 2–4 business days before shipping.
My order hasn’t arrived — what do I do?
Email us at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll investigate and make it right.
Do I need to pay customs or import duties?
Orders ship from Hungary, EU. Buyers outside the EU may be subject to import duties imposed by their country. Most orders are low value and pass through without issue.
